Unica Benaco is a service of LagoNord AI. This policy applies to the website unicabenaco.com. A separate privacy policy applies to lagonord.it.
2. Principle
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no fonts, maps or scripts from third-party servers. A consent banner is therefore not required.
We process personal data only if you sign up for the waiting list yourself or write to us.
3. Accessing the website and server log files
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — a Microsoft Corporation company.
When you access the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data which GitHub processes in server log files: IP address, date and time, name of the file retrieved, browser and operating system, and where applicable the previously visited page.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We ourselves have no access to these log files.
Transfer to the USA: GitHub also processes data outside the European Union. This is based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission together with supplementary measures. 4. Waiting list
You can sign up to be notified when the app launches.
What data we process
- your name
- your e-mail address
- the website language you selected
- a randomly generated confirmation key
- the time of sign-up and the time of confirmation
We do not store your IP address.
Confirmation procedure
After signing up you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Only after you click it do we add you to the list. This rules out anyone entering someone else's address.

Your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — a message to info@unicabenaco.com is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected.
Purpose limitation
We use your details solely to inform you about the launch of Unica Benaco and directly related news. We do not pass them on to third parties and we do not sell them.
Storage period
We store your details until you withdraw your consent. There is currently no automatic deletion after a fixed period. At your request we delete your data without delay.
Services used
- Our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The sign-up processing and the database holding the list run there. Data centre location: Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
- Brevo (Brevo SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) for sending the confirmation and notification e-mails. Brevo receives your e-mail address and your name already with the sending of the confirmation e-mail, that is, before your confirmation. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
No transfer of your data to countries outside the European Union takes place in connection with the waiting list.
5. Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our mailbox is operated by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HK Utrecht, Netherlands. Data is processed in data centres within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
6. Language versions
Switching between German, Italian and English takes place in your browser. Your choice is stored locally on your device so that the site appears in the same language on your next visit. This storage is necessary for the operation of the website you requested; no data is transmitted to us or to third parties.
7. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data processed about you (Art. 15)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21)
as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
A message to info@unicabenaco.com is sufficient to exercise these rights.
Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy (www.garanteprivacy.it). You may also contact the supervisory authority at your place of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
We will adapt this policy if the legal situation, our services or the technology used changes. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
